BeltLens™ turns your phone into a belt inspection tool. Record footage on site, and we will deliver an AI-analyzed splice detection report to your inbox. No expensive hardware required.
No hardware to install. No commitment.
We will analyze your belt footage and show you what BeltLens™ finds.
Inspect Every Belt
Conveyor belt splices are the #1 failure point on mine, quarry, and plant belt systems. A single unplanned stoppage can cost tens of thousands of dollars per hour.Yet most sites still rely on walk-and-look inspections with no history, no trend data, and no early warning. By the time you see the problem, it's already costing you.Fixed monitoring systems exist, but at $50k-$200k per belt, they only make sense for your most critical trunk conveyors. The rest of your belts get nothing.BeltLens™ fills that gap. A 5-min scan with the camera already in your pocket, a simple mount, and an LED light. That's all the hardware you need.Mount your phone over the belt, enter basic belt details, and hit record. BeltLens™ automatically optimizes camera settings at operational belt speed, and delivers a splice inspection report directly to your inbox.
Belt Inspections Made Easy
Move from reactive to predictive maintenance.
Detect degrading splices before they fail. Reduce unplanned downtime and extend belt life.Inspect every belt, not just the trunk.
Cover all your belts with one phone and a mount. No per-belt hardware installation. No belt stoppage required.A safer workplace.
A snapped splice can throw material, derail idlers, or injure personnel. Early detection means you fix it on your schedule, not an emergency.

5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:- Ensuring that footage is captured safely and in accordance with your site's safety procedures;
- Providing accurate belt metadata (belt speed, belt length, and other scan parameters), as inaccurate metadata may affect detection quality;
- Ensuring you have the right to capture and upload footage from the site;
- Reviewing all inspection reports and applying professional judgement before making maintenance decisions based on report findings; and
- Maintaining adequate safety practices regardless of BeltLens report findings.
6. AI Disclaimer
This is a critical section. Please read it carefully.BeltLens uses artificial intelligence (AI) to detect conveyor belt splices and assess their condition. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the accuracy of our detection models. However:- AI detection is not infallible. The Service may miss splices (false negatives) or incorrectly identify non-splice features as splices (false positives);
- Condition ratings are estimates. The green/amber/red condition ratings are AI-generated assessments based on visual analysis. They are not a substitute for professional engineering inspection;
- Reports are decision-support tools, not engineering certifications. BeltLens reports should be used to inform and prioritize maintenance decisions, not as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions;
- Environmental factors affect results. Image quality, lighting conditions, belt speed, dust, and other factors may affect detection accuracy; and
- You must apply professional judgement. Always have qualified personnel review and validate report findings before acting on them. Do not rely solely on BeltLens reports for decisions affecting equipment safety or personnel safety.We design the system to err on the side of caution. When uncertain, the AI rates splice condition as worse rather than better. However, this does not guarantee that all issues will be detected or correctly rated.BeltLens does not warrant that its reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service supplements, but does not replace, professional belt inspection.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:(a) Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to, at our option: (i) re-processing the affected scan(s) at no charge, or (ii) issuing a refund of the fees you paid for the affected scan(s). This is your sole and exclusive remedy.(b) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of revenue, equipment damage, or personal injury, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its reports.(c) We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from:
- Splices or defects not detected by the Service;
- Inaccurate condition ratings;

- Liability for fraud or wilful misconduct; or
- Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Upload footage that you do not have the right to capture or share;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the detection models or algorithms used by the Service;

Where practicable, we will provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach before termination.Upon termination, your inspection reports remain accessible for 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete all your data. Footage retention and deletion is governed by Section 4.4.Sections 4.3 (Model Improvement), 6 (AI Disclaimer), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Intellectual Property), and 16 (Governing Law) survive termination.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud infrastructure outages, pandemics, or other force majeure events. This does not excuse payment obligations.
13. Claims Notification
Any claim arising from or related to the Service must be notified to us in writing within 12 months of the date you became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim. This clause does not apply to the extent it is prohibited by applicable law.

(a) Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and the unenforceable provision is reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.(b) Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.(c) Entire Agreement.
